How We Ship
Scyavuru ships worldwide to professional customers, distributors and retail partners. Deliveries are arranged per order, so route, carrier and delivery terms are confirmed with you in writing before the goods leave our facility.
Because volumes and destinations vary widely, we do not publish standard rates or fixed lead times on this site. Send us the references, the quantities and the delivery address, and we will come back with transport terms and a timeline for your specific shipment.
Packaging and Handling
Products travel in the format shown on the product page: retail jars, squeeze bottles for professional use, and 3 kg buckets for pastry, gelato and foodservice. Consignments are packed and palletised according to their size.
Our creams and pastes are shelf-stable, and they keep best stored cool, dry and away from direct light. Storage conditions and shelf life for each reference are given in its technical data sheet, which you can request from any product page.
