Our take on the world's favourite spread starts with 20% Italian hazelnuts and 5% low-fat cocoa, blended with sugar and skimmed milk. Instead of palm oil we use sunflower oil, cocoa butter and extra virgin olive oil, which gives the cream a velvety texture and a clean finish. Rich chocolate colour, hazelnut aroma, and a taste that is sweet without being cloying.
