We publish product reviews written by people who actually bought the product from us. This page explains, in plain words, how the process works.
Only customers whose order contains that specific product. We check the purchase against the order history linked to the email address used at checkout, or against the signed link we send in our review request email. Anonymous reviews are not accepted.
Every review is read by a person before it goes online. We only remove reviews that are spam, contain personal data, offensive language or content unrelated to the product. We do not remove a review because it is negative, and we do not edit the text of a review.
We never offer discounts, gifts or any other benefit in exchange for a review, and we never ask for a specific rating. If one day we introduce any incentive, it will apply whatever the rating given and it will be stated on the review itself.
Some reviews come from our previous online shop. They are shown with their original date, author name and full text, and are marked as coming from the previous shop and the former packaging. The recipes are the same; only the design of the jar changed.
The Google rating shown on our website refers to the company as a whole and is taken from our Google Business Profile. It is kept separate from product reviews and it is never used in the structured data of a product page.
