Blueberries and raspberries give this cream its fruity character and its natural pink-red colour (cochineal, E120). Blended with sugar, skimmed milk and vegetable fats, it becomes a smooth, homogeneous cream with a sweet and balanced taste and a clear berry finish. Ready to use in a 3 kg bucket, 18-month shelf life.
Contains: Milk (including lactose). May contain traces of: Gluten (wheat), Peanuts, Soy, Tree nuts.
