Our classic pistachio cream, made in Sicily by a family that has been working with pistachios since 1980. One quarter of the jar is pure pistachio, blended with skimmed milk and a carefully chosen mix of sunflower oil, cocoa butter and olive oil instead of palm oil. The result is a smooth, creamy texture that spreads effortlessly and delivers the full, unmistakable taste of pistachio in every spoonful.
