Half of this sauce is nuts: 45% roasted peanuts for body and toasty flavour, 5% pistachios for aroma and colour. Sugar, sunflower oil and skimmed milk bring it to a smooth, pourable consistency with a sweet, balanced taste and a decisive nut finish. 16 g of protein per 100 g. Pours at room temperature. Shake well before use.
