Ingredients (about 15 bites)
- 120 g Scyavuru 100% Peanut Butter
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g honey
- 40 g dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- 1. Mix Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly combined. If the mixture feels dry, add a little more peanut butter.
- 2. Chill Leave the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes: it will be much easier to shape.
- 3. Shape Roll into walnut-sized balls.
- 4. Store Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
