Ingredients

• 4 butter croissants
• 200 g Scyavuru Pistachio Cream 45%
• 30 g chopped unsalted pistachios
• Icing sugar
• Fresh raspberries (optional)
• A few mint leaves

Preparation

1. 1. Warm the croissants Place the croissants in an oven preheated to 170°C (340°F) for 4–5 minutes, until lightly crisp on the outside.
2. 2. Fill generously Slice each croissant horizontally and spread about two heaped tablespoons of Pistachio Cream 45% inside.
3. 3. Add crunch Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the cream and close the croissant.
4. 4. Finish and serve Dust with icing sugar, add a few raspberries and mint leaves and serve while still warm.
