Open the jar and the first thing you notice is the scent: toasted pistachio, warm and intense. This is our richest cream, made with 45% pistachios, almost half of every jar, and nothing that covers their taste: pistachio comes first on the label and first on your palate.
The texture is dense and velvety: it melts slowly on the tongue and leaves a long, nutty finish. Instead of palm oil we chose extra virgin olive oil and cocoa butter, the Mediterranean way: a cleaner, rounder flavour that lets the pistachio shine.
Every batch is made in-house in our facilities in Ribera, Sicily: we select and roast the nuts ourselves, then refine the cream slowly until it is perfectly smooth. See how we produce
