It arrives by email
You receive the PDF with the unique code straight away. If you prefer, we send it to the recipient on the day you set.
Spend it at checkout
Enter the code in the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout. Any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
Check your balance
Enter your gift card code to see the remaining balance and expiry date.
Frequently asked questions
How long is the gift card valid?
12 months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the PDF and shown in the email.
Can I use it over more than one order?
Yes. The amount is deducted from the order total, shipping included, and any remaining balance stays on the card until it expires.
What if my order costs more than the card?
You pay the difference with any of the payment methods accepted in the shop.
Can I combine it with a discount code?
Yes, you can use a gift card and a discount code in the same order. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.
Where can I use it?
On scyavuru.com, for purchases as a private customer, with delivery to Italy and to the European countries we ship to.
Can I get a refund?
The gift card cannot be converted into cash. If you change your mind, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase: if the card has not been used, we refund it in full.
I lost the code, what can I do?
If you have an account, you will find it in the order page. Otherwise write to [email protected] with your order number and we will send it again.
