Nine tenths of this jar is roasted peanuts. We add just a touch of sugar and skimmed milk for roundness, and bind it with sunflower oil, cocoa butter and extra virgin olive oil instead of palm oil. The texture is smooth and spreadable, the flavour is pure roasted peanut, and the numbers speak for themselves: 26 g protein, 7.4 g fibre and 7.9 g sugars per 100 g.
