Ingredients

Panettone: Type "0" soft WHEAT flour, water, BUTTER (MILK), sugar, pasteurised EGG yolk, natural yeast powder (based on type "0" soft WHEAT flour), honey, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT gluten, anhydrous butter (MILK), maltodextrins, invert sugar, salt, MILK proteins, baker's yeast, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid; flavouring: vanillin; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471).

Glaze: sugar, vegetable fats (palm, sunflower, shea, coconut), whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin; vanillin, flavourings; chopped PISTACHIOS; colours: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins (E141), carotenes/beta-carotene (E160a).

Pistachio cream 25% (200 g): sugar, PISTACHIOS 25%, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, extra virgin olive oil), skimmed MILK powder, MILK whey powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), colours (E141ii, E100). Pistachios: EU/non-EU origin.
