Cocoa is the star here: 10% low-fat cocoa powder, enriched with hazelnuts, sugar, sunflower oil and skimmed milk. The sauce is smooth, homogeneous and chocolate-coloured, with a sweet, intense cocoa flavour. It pours at room temperature and needs no heating. Shake well before use.
